Remember a quoted WhatsApp sticker so it can be reused in matching situations later.

Remembers a sticker for later reuse. Only fires when the user's message is a reply that quotes a sticker (e.g. quoting one and saying "use this when I'm happy").
WhatsApp cannot caption a sticker, so teaching is always done by quoting it in a separate text reply. Fails if the answered message did not quote a sticker.
